I was born and raised here in West Monroe; attended West Monroe High School where I graduated then attended ULM. I am married to Amy Woodburn Brooks and have a house full of girls most of which have grown up and moved out! Melissa lives and works in Dallas, Lauryn works in Monroe and attends ULM; Ashlyn is attending Lee University in Cleveland, Tennessee and Anna Grace who attends Claiborne Christian School and is the last one at the house, which I think she likes. We all attend and are very active at Family Church in West Monroe.

I have been in Christian Radio for over 20 years and love it! The best part of being on the Hill is getting to meet you at concerts, church events, or maybe at the local Wal-Mart!

Raised much of my life in Texas, I was introduced to radio as a student at Baylor University.  I was saved at a Young Life camp as a senior in high school.  My spiritual life deepened greatly after college and I spent several years in full time church ministry.  I met and married Jodi Pettit Holley while we were both on staff at a large church in Houston.  We have four wonderful children.  Andrew, the eldest, is married to Melissa and lives in Mississippi.  Anna is in Physical Therapy school at Western Kentucky.  Abigail is at Louisiana Tech, and John Aaron is a homeschooled sophomore here in Monroe.  Andrew and Melissa adopted two babies this year, so I’m Poppa to Samantha and Jonathan!  One of my greatest joys is that all of my kids love Jesus and are very active in their own ministries.  During the week I design, engineer, install and train on high end Audio Visual systems. I also handle the television broadcast ministry at First West on Sundays, and do college ministry whenever the chance arises.  I have been at the Hill for three years doing weekends, and I love the last three hours of Sunday night with special worship tunes and study in the scriptures.  You can catch me via the Hill’s Facebook page, or follow me on Twitter @hillworship.

I’ve been with the The Hill Radio since the beginning in 1995.  When I’m not working at the Hill you will find me playing with my 2 dogs and cat. Or perhaps singing.

A bit about my Christian life:  I’ve learned that Christianity is a living active relationship with God. Not a performance for Him.

If I could say one thing to Hill listeners;  Thank you, thank you, thank you.  Consider yourselves hugged!

I have been in radio since 1977. I have worked in Dallas, Tx for the Cowboys radio network station and at stations in Shreveport, La. and the surrounding area.

I have 2 children, and 3 grand dogs.

I have been working for the Hill since 1997. One of the things I like best about it is that it gives me opportunities to encourage others in their walk with Christ and puts me in situations to tell others about what great things Jesus has done for me.

Musically I like all types but I most relate to the songwriters. I also enjoy a lot of the artists that have changed the face of Christian music like Brandon Heath, Kari Jobe, Francesca Battistelli, Third Day, Natalie Grant and others.

I have lived in Florida, Georgia, Texas and a few other places but I like it here in North Louisiana best of all.

Hey thank you so much for letting me hang out with you on The Hill! I’m originally from El Dorado, AR.  Grew up in South AR and went to Southern Arkansas University. I wanted to take my love for Jesus and combine it with my love for radio and that’s why I’m doing Christian radio today.

I’m an avid Arkansas Razorback fan. (don’t hate me LSU fans). I’m married to my beautiful wife Stacy for 23 years.  I have one son just starting college and a 16 year old daughter and a mutt we found at the pound called Maggie.  I know what you’re thinking, he doesn’t look old enough to have a kid in college.  I agree!

I’m really looking forward to spending my weekends with you on 100.9 The Hill.

I was born and raised in Slidell, Louisiana.   I am married to James Kelley and we have two beautiful active children:  Gabrielle 11 and Ethan 8.  I have a BS degree in Agribusiness from Southern University and A&M College and MBA from the University of Illinois.  I am a local real estate investor.  I joined The Hill in 2001.   The main reason I got into Christian radio is because I loved how God can use the right song at the right time to minister grace and encouragement to everyday people.  I was one of those people and wanted to be a part of that special ministry.

I am an active member of Prevailing Faith Bible Church and volunteer in a number of organizations and ministries.  In my free time, I enjoy sports, movies and reading.

Hi, I’m Hannah, one of the weekend hosts at 100.9 FM The Hill.  After graduating with a History degree from Liberty University in 2008, I decided to go into Christian radio (makes perfect sense, doesn’t it?)  Thankfully, WRVL, in Lynchburg, VA, gave me my first opportunity to be on the air in 2008.  After a couple of years at WRVL, I moved to New York City to work in the news field and then a year later to Washington DC to work on Capitol Hill.  But while I was in DC, I sensed God calling me to get back into Christian radio!

It’s a privilege to share the Good News about Jesus and His amazing love for you and me right here in Northeast Louisiana!

If I’m not doing radio, you can either catch me reading a novel, or (my personal favorite “hobby”) playing with my beautiful 1 year old son, Judah!
